Please note that I check the quality of every piece of jewellery before I send them out. I test the threads and the opening segments of the hoops every time.
Wide or thick titanium hoops can be opened and closed easier by pulling and pushing the opening segment`s end up and down, not sideways!

Please note that jewellery is an intimate item and I only can accept return of jewellery in the original packaging and if the jewellery was not taken out of the package and tried in. 
I don't offer free return labels but can refund the cost of jewellery if it arrives back to me undamaged and in its original condition.
Before sending any items back, please send me a photo or video of it with showing the issue as it might can be solved easily. Return can be accepted only if we had a conversation about the reasons you would want to send the item back!
