Please note that I check the quality of every piece of jewellery before I send them out. I test the threads and the opening segments of the hoops every time. 
Wide or thick titanium hoops can be opened and closed easier by pulling and pushing the opening segment`s end up and down, not sideways! 

Please note that the thread on the internal thread jewellery top is less than 1mm size in the case of the 1.2mm bar thickness.
Don`t over turn tops as you can break the thread. Please get to know your jewellery first before placing it in the piercing!

Please note that jewellery is an intimate item and I only can accept return of jewellery in the original packaging and if the jewellery was not taken out of the package and tried in.
I don't offer free return labels but can refund the cost of jewellery if it arrives undamaged and in its original condition.
Before sending any items back, please send me a photo or video of it with showing the issue as it might can be solved easily.
